“I made two purchases from the "Clearance" lines of e-liquid on Thursday 11th May. My first Order, despite a query from the company was delivered by post on Friday 12th, and the 2nd Order I made later on Thursday was delivered on Saturday 13th May. They were unable to completely fill my earlier Order so the query was to inform me of this, and check whether I was happy to receive the smaller amount. A partial refund was made immediately, and I then realised smaller bottles of the same liquid were still available so I made another order for those. Previous orders I have made have also always been dealt with promptly and arrived within a couple of days.
