I suspect that you have some nonsense time restraint on completing and order and, as Lloyds Bank have introduced a delay in processing the Visa payment by making me wait until they phone me, your system times me out and the order fails. 'S OK as your ever-friendly help folk step in with a work-around using a Visa wallet or some-such, Kudos to them but a bit of a thumbs-down to the system devs!”
