“Everything about the ordering process was excellent and I was excited to receive the blanket which was intended as a Christmas gift for an elderly relative. My excitement turned to disappointment on receipt of the blanket. The printing is good but in my opinion the quality of the material is poor and the blanket is not worth the £60 that I paid for it. I am unable to pass the gift on as I consider poor quality to be a major fault.”
