“The item purchased was very satisfactory and excellent value. Unfortunately, Royal Mail's tracking notice was not honoured. I stayed in a whole day awaiting the promised package, but it was not delivered until the next day. (There are rumours that Royal Mail often delivers in our street only second day.)”
