“We needed new merchandise as we were undertaking a brand refresh. We landed on a number of products all of which we are very happy with. From customer service right through to delivery, everything was perfect. And was Charlotte was amazing throughout.”

“Dan pulled a rabbit out the bag!!!!! cannot thank LSI & dan enough, got a last minute order needed to be placed and nothing was a problem. everything got sorted and items turn up to site before the deadline....... thank you so much”

“Having had several successful orders with LSI now I have nothing but good things to say about this company. With a focus on sustainability we are always looking for products which are eco-friendly. Our account manager George always bends over backwards to try and find the best products for us and gives a number of options. The process of ordering is always seamless and both George and Sarah are friendly, warm, attentive and a pleasure to deal with. We are always kept updated through every step of the quick process and have been satisfied every time with the products we've received. Having been let down by promotional goods companies in the past it is a breath of fresh air to work with LSI and they will now be our first option for promotional goods for the foreseeable. Thank you very much!”

“We couldn't be happier with both the service and goods we've received from LSi, in particular George Dixon our account manager. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they go above and beyond every-time, they have an incredible variety to choose from and always on hand to offer great advice on products and what's currently popular. “Our order arrived in time for our careers fair/event and alternative options were suggested and put into place when our originally request could not be met. We found the style and colour of pen we ended up with we preferred and looked much nicer. Thanks again LSI team.”

“Perfect every time! Fast service, fast delivery, great products - what more could you want? George provides an impeccable service every time we speak and he really feels like a valued member of my marketing team. He always knows what I'm on about even when we're not really sure and the whole team have great ideas on merch for different occasions and events. George has especially been great throughout our merchandise journey - his customer service is made even better with his northern charm and terrible banter ;) LSi are probably the best merchandise business I've worked with, and probably wouldn't work with any other. Thank you to the whole team for your work in getting our orders out in great time and keeping the quality exactly where we want it to be!”

“Great quick, straightforward service. Helped us out and worked towards a tight deadline. Everything arrived on time, as described and the merchandise (in particular the pens with highlighters!) went down a treat with students at our Recruitment Fair. “An excellent service from LSi on a recent order for a corporate ESG initiative. Throughout Emma and Savannah were incredibly helpful and unlike other businesses, provided honest constructive feedback rather than simply printing an order, that at the time, didn't work for the product. Would highly recommend and will certainly be using LSi again for future orders.”
