Hello again John we haven't removed any of your reviews, they are all still here for everyone to see, You have posted several bad reviews against us to which I have replied. But I have also raised my concerns with the Review team and trust pilot as we can see you are a serial Complainer against most companies you use. I am just glad an actual company stood up to you.

I have your kit for Welsh Real ale, only got one sachet of yeast, 6g it says to add the two sachets, do I need to get another 6g?

We purchased some kit wine from you in June last year. Packing no ref 258366/01. We made one red and one white then and they were perfect. At beginning of December we put on another white It appeared to ferment well but it's a terrible brown colour. We have been using this stuff for 20 odd years and this is the first time I think we will have to throw it out. It's about the colour of pale ale beer. Any ideas please. Thank you Doreen Gibson
