“We ordered a replacement part for our car seat as our son had damaged it, ordering was quick and easy and the £18 for the part was much better value compared to replacing the entire car seat.”

“I called the shop for help as I was unsure which car seat to go for. The staff were lovely and ever so helpful. I needed the car seat to come as soon as possible as my little one was at the weight limit for rear facing in her current seat. The shop recommended the Axkid mini and said they would package it up for me so it could be sent as soon as I placed my online delivery. It was sent out the same day and arrived the next day which was amazing. The car seat itself if fantastic and my little one is comfy and safe!!”

“Quick delivery but very overpriced, packaging stated £1.45 and I was charged £5 which I thought was a little cheeky as I had only ordered a replacement crotch guard. Efficient delivery and good communication.”

Hi there - thanks for your feedback - I do want to come back to you and let you know that the recommended price of the guard is higher - we lowered the price to accommodate the fact that this costs us less to send. We're a small team, and simply have a flat rate for all purchases under £40. That's £4.95 - from that £4.95, we pay £0.83 to the government in VAT, obviously £1.45 for the physical postage - probably around £.20-.30 for the packing that it was in, and we lower the price by a couple of pounds to adjust. As a result, we probably make around 42p 'profit' on the postage (and that's not really profit, as we do also have to drive it to the post office, in that number too. I just thought it was important that there are 'costs' involved in the P+P that members of the public don't really see, but wanted to address the 'cheeky' comment. All the best, Alan

“Excellent service - ordered a new Axkid car seat on Sunday evening, it was despatched on Monday and was scheduled to arrive on Tuesday. Sadly DPD, messed up the delivery once again and despite us being at home all day, they didn't ring the door bell and simply left a card saying no-one was in - was successfully re-delivered the next day. Not the fault of Little Peas. The car seat was priced competitively and the communications about order and delivery status were timely and informative. Will definitely consider using Little Peas again. Thanks”

“Loved our recent car seat purchase! Only negative - on hindsight wish we’d asked for an extra set of tether straps instead of the summer cover, as our free gift, due to the fact that with our particular car & points to which we had to make the attachment, we felt that the straps might wear quickly. Otherwise excellent product & superb service!! Would definitely recommend!”
