“The majority of the products were here within 2 days and I thought that was exceptional and courteous service. I would have given 5 stars without thinking except that the remainder of the order remains unfulfilled - I was promised two delivery dates both of which have been missed and the third is now a further week away. Neither was I contacted to tell me this and as a result rearranged days to be at home unnecessarily. I accept this may be an issue with the supplier. What I struggle to be happy with is the non-communication.”

Hello Peter, Firstly thank you for taking your time to leave us a review, we love hearing from our customers to see how we did and where we can improve. I can see clearly we failed to give the high level of service we are proud of and I can only apologise about this. Having looked into your order I can see we split your order due to missing one or some of your items. When we do this we do try and inform the customer about this, just so they are kept up to date with what is going on. Looking at your customer notes, I can see that this was not done and is something myself and the online team will be looking into. As for the remainder of your order, I have spoken with our warehouse to find out where the products are and will get an update to you in the next few hours. Hello Daylen, Looking into your issue regarding delivery of the item, I can see our team was on the road delivering on Saturday 29th May, they made several calls to you with voicemails and a text message. To which there was no response from you. We could not leave our team waiting for a long period of time to find your address, so they carried on with their journey.
