“Fantastic old school customer service . Even though a mistake was made regarding my order not being in stock , Dave kept me updated with regular calls and was honest and upfront and soon resolved the issue . Can’t say fairer than that . LincsAquatics were also significantly cheaper than anywhere else I could find online . Very pleased with the service and the product . Highly recommend .”

“I went in to look at options for my new aquarium and was amazed with the selection. I bought my last aquarium over 10yrs ago from Lincs Aquatics and I'm just coming back to the hobby. On this occasion as previously the staff are still outstanding. The knowledge and polite help is excellent. I felt at ease and not pushed into a purchase. I have gone home to look at my options and see which tank will fit in the space I want to put it. Then I will be back for my tank and everything else I need. I'm sure the staff will be as good as today and previously. Thanks 😊”

“Visited South Yorkshire Aquatics, they have an excellent selection of equipment and fish (cold water, tropical and marine), all of the staff we spoke to were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, they also have a free delivery service in the local area on certain days, I ordered a fish tank and cabinet late Monday afternoon and it arrived Tuesday lunchtime (as Tuesday was the free delivery day in my area), delivery staff were also very friendly and helpful, highly recommended.”
