“Sorry Lincs Aquatics - I have to rate my experience as "poor" because I think you should know about the dreadful delivery experience I had with Fedex. I ordered with you (order 8086) last Wednesday because I wanted my products delivered in time for restocking lilies in my pond at the weekend. I paid what I thought was a VERY high delivery charge (£7.99), but decided to pay this amount because I was given a delivery date of Friday. Fedex texted me to say that my delivery slot was 09:30 to 13:30 on Friday so all seemed well. I stayed in for the delivery on Friday and nothing arrived. There was no explanatory text from Fedex at all, so I had no idea when my package would arrive. Eventually, this morning FedEx texted me to say my parcel would arrive today (Monday with no time slot specified). My aquatic pots DID arrive - three days late - too late for the weekend of course. I feel a bit ripped-off - I know it's not yourselves to blame as such, but you do use Fedex for your deliveries and you should know that they are NOT delivering for you! Hope this is useful to you. “I submitted my order on Sunday 26th February, received my order on Friday 3rd March but unfortunately my order was received broken in two places. I rang the store straight away and was advised to send pictures to discuss best next steps. When sending pictures I requested a refund as I’m conscious if a replacement is sent it may also break, though I’m still waiting for confirmation that a refund has been processed.”
