“The pump was good, arrived promptly and was very well packed, but the output pump didn't fit the pipe which was attached to the Aquaflo pump it replaced. It wuld have been helpful to have the output specification mention in the online description”

“Was told my pond would be delivered within 5 days even took a day off from work on the 5th day to get it up and running , didn’t arrive so rang them it hadn’t been even processed for delivery told it would arrive a week later , following week received a phone call apologising the pond wasn’t out for delivery again received a further phone call later in the day once again to apologise for my pond not getting delivered, then another call from a number telling me they are 15 minutes away with the pond , such a confusing situation but at least I got the pond”

“I am so pleased with my Jewel Rio 180. It is beautiful and delivered free of charge. Another aquatic shop wanted me to pay for delivery and was not as helpful as Lincs Aquatics have been. The staff have been amazing and helpful even when I called up and asked for some help. Luke was so helpful and also I think it was Andy who took my order. Both were so helpful. I only wish I lived more nearer as would love to come into the shop to say hi and look at your fish. Thank you for everything. Kathy xxxx”

“Emailed to tell me it was on back order (website said different) but I appreciate issues happen. I confirmed I was happy to wait but they kept telling me more weeks every time I asked for an update (4 weeks apart). Then sent a delivery notification with no tracking and it was clearly not even sent. This order dates back from April. Worst aquatic company in the UK.”

“Ordered items due to the o Website stating it would be delivered in 5 days. Once the order was paid I was told it would be a lot longer than 5 days so I cancelled the order. I was advised I would get a refund in 5 days from cancelling the order it has taken over 3 weeks. Awful service and won't be using them again.”

“They are very good, they posted my swan mussels out very quickly One had a hole unit, they refunded me right away I have ordered more of these swan mussels (they are bigger than my hand) I don’t know how effigy these are for clearing my pond (or how long it will take (1000 litre pond) Yes I would highly recommend them👍”
