“Arron Williams was most helpful throughout. DX delivery were most disappointing. 4 or 5 emails/texts confirming delivery the next day, followed by 4 or 5 emails/texts saying they couldn't now come. one notification saying that they had called but noone was in - which was untrue - we had waited in during the specified time but nonone came. And a notification that the parcel had been successfully delivered and signed for - in fact it was left on a gate post 100 yards from the house and brought to us by a neighbour who spotted it the next day and realised that it was for us as we had asked them if anything had been delivered to them or if they knew anyone called Lucy who was supposed to have signed for the parcel. We have had problems with DX before!”
