“I can not fault the service I received from Lincs Aquatics. There was an error with my order, but I managed to speak to someone straight away, they rectified the problem swiftly and without fuss. They arranged the collection of the incorrect item, and the delivery of the correct product all in one easy transaction. I had a lovely apology email from Martyn Siddall which I thought was a lovely touch. I would be more than happy to use Lincs Aquatics for future purchases.”

“I purchase some pond treatment which came very quickly, well packaged. After reading the bottle I realised that I had ordered the wrong product as I have two sturgeon which would die if I applied the treatment to the water. I contacted Arran who was so helpful and informative, accepted the product back and will refund my money. Brilliant service and I will definitely buy all my future items from them!”
