When I called to chase, I was given an explanation and the vivarium arrived safely a few days later. An email to tell me the cause of the delay would have been appreciated. Happy with the product.”

“Ordered a OASE IceFree Thermo 330 from Lincs Aquatics. Very pleased with the service, communication and more importantly the product. This does exactly what it says it will do. We have had a few days of -4 overnight and so the Thermo has kept the pond ice free which means our waterfall pump is not put under pressure. Definitely recommend both product and company. I have attached couple of photos to show how it works.”
