“Dave was lovely however when the water feature arrived it has a small missing part which means it's unusable for an item costing just short of £1000 it's really unacceptable, the worst thing is the pieces we were sent to "try" don't work, Arron sending an email on a Friday at 1 minute past 5 meaning I couldn't respond is really poor customer service, he implied the manufacture may or may not have a spare part ! Sadly I will be asking for this faulty item to be collected and a refund issued”
