“Called several times as we tried to check timing of delivery and the details of the pond that we intended to purchase and always received a helpful and friendly response. Delivery was very rapid, exactly as promised, and the driver was very kind in helping to carry the pond to its intended site in the back garden. In fact, the pond arrived before your e-mail telling us it was on its way!”
