“Initial problems with payment for item on line. Phoned them in person and paid again the old fashioned way. All sorted, or so I thought. Over a week later, still hadn’t received item. Emailed them, and it hadn’t been sent! Just to top it off, item arrived today, but missed it, so still waiting. Asked about some reimbursement of £6 postage fee, but not heard back. Can’t recommend, sorry!”

“Due to circumstances out of their control, it was 4 weeks until the pond was delivered. However, the delivery guys were great and, with assistance from my builders, were able to get the large (3.66m x 2.41m) pond down a tight path into my garden.”

“Although the staff dropped off the aquarium in person, there was a series of lies and misinformation beforehand. Furthermore, they had no intention of informing me that they had no intention of delivering the aquarium on the arranged date. I discovered this when I phoned Lincs Aquatics the day before that date. The person had no idea what I was talking about as there were no deliveries planned for that date. Moreover, I discovered that the aquarium I was getting wasn't even in that store, it was in the sister store. I am intending to write a formal letter of complaint on these matters in due course.”
