“The time from putting in the order to delivery was excessive. Ie Tuesday to still waiting on Saturday. Not acceptable. Given the order was dispatched as soon as possible your courier Royal Mail deemed that they can deliver when they chose. It was mailed on a 48 hour agreement? I have had to go out and purchase the item as I needed it within two days of running out of the product. Extra cost incurred. I will not be ordering from this company again Courier let them down. Come as no surprise they are notorious for it.”

“Very disappointed overall. I like to use independent companies where possible. However I think we still expect a certain level of service & communication. After 2/3 weeks of chasing my order by email and then ringing to explain that the plants were for a birthday present (thank you Martin) they turned up. Almost a month now & the other half of my order has not arrived, I have now given up. The plants were fine but the customer service seems to be lacking when something goes wrong.”

“The Web site was incorrect when I ordered, (2 Stars) so My Items weren't in stock! I was informed very quickly(so 5 Stars for that) I was told they'd be in, in a couple of weeks but when they weren't I was offered a Different Item at the Same Price (5 Stars) A couple of Day's later the Postman Knocked on the Door and said I think we have a problem as he held a soaking Wet squished up Box! (1 Star pretty poor packaging no protection Flimsy box with a plastic bag sealed by an elastic band inside) I informed him that they were Snails and on opening, they were all still alive! I have used this company before and they've been excellent! Just not this time!”
