“The filter I bought was OK, but I guess only time will tell. But my problem was with the service. I place the order on a saturday, and read delivery was 3 - 5 days. I wanted it for the following weekend, where I planned to empty and refill my pond. Allowing for the next business day monday, I thought I would get it at least by wednesday, or at the latest thursday. Heard nothing, but the money had been taken, from my account. So I called them on friday, and was told it would be a weekend delivery. It finally arrived on Sunday afternoon. Most of the weekend had gone by then. I am not impressed, and will not be using this company again.”

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do appreciate it as it helps us highlight areas we can improve on. Looking into your order I can see you placed the order on Saturday 23rd April at 7:04 pm, and you booked in for a weekend delviery option "Own Delivery - Weekend Zone Delivery" which was scheduled for the following weekend and was delivered on time. During the checkout process, there is the option to upgrade your shipping method to the next day, this was not selected, so it would not have arrived any sooner. We do try and make it clear that we do carry out our own deliveries & even give you an estimated date that the item is due to be with you. The reason we use our own deliveries is first to make sure the item arrives with you on time, but also in one piece as a lot of the items we send out are high value and need to be handled with care. Sorry to hear that you will not be using us again, but if there is anything we do to change your mind and give us another go, please drop us an email or call!

“Well I thought I asked a simple question before I was about to order a new juwel filter. I asked : Does the bioflow 600 come with filters fitted? The answer explained not what I asked. I wanted to buy from a Lincoln company as I support local companies only where possible. Sadly I have now purchased from a rival company who answered my query about filters being fitted. Never mind eh just have a word with your staff. How many sales are list through lazy communication.”

“I ordered a fluorescent lighting system to replace one that had worn out. Unfortunately, they sent to wrong unit - an easy mistaka to maka. Rang them and they put the correct product in the post which arrived the next. Excellent customer service which is so rare these day. Well done for a speedy response as I didn't want the plants wilting without lights.”

“I have just purchased a Hamac Pine Lake Slate Falls water feature from Lincs Aquatics I cant speak highly enough of the service and value of the product. I first phoned the office in Alford, where I spoke to Chris, he answered all my queries, so helpful. Following Chris's advice I ordered on line which was so easy to do. The fountain was delivered 24hours later, on time by Steve and his colleague who again were so polite. The tracking of the delivery was an excellent system, which allowed me to pop out during the day knowing the location of the van. Our purchase was easy to assemble and was £70 cheaper than we had seen at our local garden centre. I did call back to aquatics for some more advice, answered my question immediately, so professional. Thank you so much Lincs Aquatics.”

We have emailed this customer privately, but in regards to shipping out cut off is 12 midday. This is not our choice and would love it to be 4/5/6 pm but due to our remote location, our delviery partners all pick up around the same time. (which is just after 1pm) This is clearly stated on our website.
