Lee Mill Fabrics is owned and run by Mike Griffiths who has been selling fabric for over 50 years to a wide range of customers; from professional and amateur dressmakers, upholsterers, local businesses through to television studio's.

We have two shops in Swansea. 213 Oxford Street which caters for dress fabric and 220 Oxford Street which caters for curtain and upholstery fabric.

“Very happy with my fabric purchase. However must comment on the packaging: surprised to receive it in just the outer grey plastic bag. The bag was damaged - a ripped hole about 1" across exposing the fabric. Luckily the fabric was not marked. Can the fabric be put inside its own bag to protect it better? Hence only 3* from me.”

“Not as I expected it”

“Quality of material and lining is very good and I am delighted with this. However, it was folded into the smallest possible size (squashed), and put into the smallest flimsy plastic packaging which had torn in transit leaving the material exposed to the elements. I know have to iron all the fabric and lining before I even start to cut. I've never had material delivered this way before and I'm not sure if do it again.”

Hi Annette Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry your order was not packaged correctly, that is certainly not how we usually sent out our orders. I can only assume we temporarily ran out of the correct larger sized bags and used a smaller bag in our haste to get your order to you. I will pass on your feedback to ensure it doesn't happen again. “The fabric itself is superb, but the package arrived with a hole in it and I was concerned that there might be some damage. It was wrapped in a single thin plastic bag with no under layer. Considering there was over £60 of fabric I don't think that is sufficient.”
