“Lovely selection of items not seen elsewhere”

“I think you would be well advised to check the status of an order before asking for an opinion about its contents. If you had looked you would see that we were shocked by the appalling quality of the vintage dough bowl. I spoke to Rhiannon And have been in contact every day trying to return it. I waited in yesterday afternoon for a collection only to find an email from DHL changing the collection date to this morning and now they have emailed to say that collection will be tomorrow. As they require a signature we cannot leave it in a safe place. I have spoken to your office and am still waiting for them to get back to me about a confirmed collection time. So all in all a pretty unsatisfactory experience at every level.”
