“I bought the Ceramic Aroma Diffuser Lamp which is an excellent product and the delivery was exceptionally quick. The product is well built from what I can see and would certainly recommend their service. I was a little disappointed to notice the new customer discount after I made my first purchase, which I think could have been clearer, but that might have been my error.”

“I wanted to order some good quality rattan placemats. These weren't initially available (through no fault of Layered Lounge) so I registered to be notified by email as soon as they arrived. Eventually the placemats did arrive and as soon as they were in stock Layered Lounge notified me by email as promised. They were delivered 2 days sooner than suggested, beautifully packaged, together with a free (and very robust) jute bag. The product quality is excellent and I'm very happy with my purchase and the great service received. Thank you!”

“Tasteful and chic offerings, maybe slightly overpriced (what isn’t theses days), occasional slips in quality control - but real bargains to be found during a Sale. Well packaged with fab customer service. Can’t really comment on delivery other than to say - I was out when my breakable items were ‘delivered’ into my recycling bin! (DPD Christmas delivery strikes again!)”

“Gorgeous! Ordered my ceramic Santa just before Christmas and it arrived before Christmas, even though I never expected it too. Super fast delivery and he is gorgeous! The packaging was fantastic and a surprise little tote bag with my order which was lovely. Will definitley be ordering again and have already recommended to friends.”
