“Disappointed, I don’t think the product I recieved is the high quality expected for the price of this cushion cover , the finish of stitching and material quality just didn’t live up to my expectations for the price you d £100 for two!. Although this is my mistake it’s just a cover also not the inner which I feel means less value.”

“Received my order as planned but two of the plates were broken and items missing from the order. Issue was rectified promptly with the items being replaced and received the following day. When I rang and emailed to report the issue I was dealt with immediately and in person. A goodwill gesture would have been appreciated given the price of the items and original delivery fee however this request was politely declined when I asked.”
