I ordered an item from your online store that was accepted and paid for with delivery time 4-7days... After I received an email saying my order had been despatched and showing all the full order included, I then received a further email stating that unfortunately due to a stock error, my vase, which was the reason for the order, was not included and it would just be the ancillary item that I ordered to go with said case... I had to email to request that my postage be refunded as I would not have only ordered the ancillary item on its own and although that cost was reimbursed, I had to then send a further email to have the refund of the out of stock item.. I find it incredible that in todays age that a live stock availability is not used and that has then caused an issue and 10 day delay in me trying to find an alternative item from other suppliers which will most likely not arrive now in time for Christmas... Over I'm extremely disappointed in my experience and this resulted in me paying £16 for an item that was merely supplementary to the item that did not arrive even after me receiving a despatch email...

Beautiful product but my delivery constantly been delayed, one went missing as well I have purchased 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received it

Defect with over sized clapper on bell. Poor customer services with response time and assistance. Given the items brought were expensive compared to other retailers, I will not be buying from this retailer in the future.

The product was terrible and cheap. It could have been from a dollar store. So disappointed and I wasn't refunded shipping cost - which was more then the value of the product I'm sure.

I am attempting to return an item from Layered Lounge via Yodel but none of my local shops will accept the parcel due to the size (43*43*49 cm) . I have now paid for a return label but cannot return the item. I have emailed Layered Lounge and while they have asked about the size of the parcel (it was the box they shipped it in), I have not received any other feedback or viable option.

Hello Catherine, We are terribly sorry that you have had such a poor experience in trying to return an item to us. We are raising this issue with Yodel right now as we recognise just how important the returns and after sales care is with regards to the overall experience.
