“Hi just received our beautiful cookham coffee Table however it had som chips on the top and side.. I emailed straight away and was offered a replacement or a discount to be refunded.. So felt with pretty much straight away!! In our view it wasn’t wrapped well enough for such a heavy or expensive piece of furniture..”

“I have been purchasing from LL for a few years now and have been delighted with every purchase. “Bought the Rattan Wall Hanging and I am so pleased with it. It is beautiful and the quality is outstanding. I do a lot of online shopping and it’s becoming rare to buy things that are just as beautiful in online pictures as they are when you receive them. “I am slowly collecting the Pearl tableware which i buy from Layered Lounge. Always get compliments from people and very prompt service and items always arrive in excellent condition which lets face it is tricky with crockery via courier! Thank you.”

“The most beautiful stylish quality items for the home. Things a bit different from the usual shops and feel unique. I bought the starfish bowl which looks beautiful, like a piece of art bring a gorgeous coastal them to the room. Service is incredible and nice to deal with real people! Will be purchasing again.”
