“I accidentally came across Layered Lounge whilst looking for some kitchen storage jars. The choice of goods they have is impressive. I ordered more items than I had originally intended, all arrive next day and the quality is second to none. I love all my items.”

“So pleased with the matte ceramic Christmas trees and deer I ordered and they were beautifully packaged. My friends absolutely love these and think they're so unusual. I'd love to see you expand this range to include other minimalist matte ceramic Christmas figurines like robins, churches, angels etc and maybe Easter figures too. It's so hard to find these items in matte... it gives them a premium look and feel.”

“I received a voicemail stating that I had been emailed due to a cancellation of a product. No email had been received. I tried to call and no answer. I emailed and received a response from Rhiannon asking what I would like to do with my order. I replied and nothing. I emailed again. Nothing. I have called and no reply. Luckily I have purchased from layered lounge before but my patience are wearing thin and if I was a new customer I would be worried that I had been duped.”

“Bought some star paper Xmas decorations they were fiddly to assemble got creased and couldn't get each end to marry together properly. The bigger ones like the snowflakes were easier but aligning them wasn't easy so again ended up damaging one. Having said that, they look grand will be stand out pieces this year.”

“Lovely products to gift yourself or family & friends! Website is easy to use and informative and after placing an order, you are kept informed of delivery dates. My order was delayed and I was sent an apologetic email but it was all for Christmas so I didn't mind and once stock had arrived, my order arrived quickly & well packaged. I love all the products and will be shopping again.”
