“Absolutely stunning Lamp, amazing quality. But I’d like to be offered the choice of selecting what colour or strength of bulb the lamp comes with as it’s included - it came with a white light bulb, the light doesn’t complement the travertine, nor does it suit the style I was going for. Finding the bulb to replace this has proved tricky as they aren’t a standard bulb. Great service and design. But the bulb doesn’t work, it’s too bright- I think it’s a white light? Please see kindly advise Layered! Many thanks. 🙏🏼”

“I recently purchased the Carrara marble soap dish. Beautifully crafted, it has a solid, luxurious feel, and the drainage design helps keep my soap dry. I would especially like to thank the company for taking the time to reach out and clarify my questions about the origin/sourcing of the marble. “I received this email asking me to review the product before it arrived. The communication about the delivery has been abysmal! Upon ordering the product, there was no indication of the expected delivery date, and it was only after I made a phone call to the company that I received an update with an estimated delivery date. The day before the item was to be delivered, I received a notification that it would be delivered the next day, but there was still no window time, so I couldn't organize my day. Then, later in the evening, I did receive a two-hour window, so I organized to be home from work to receive the item. Then, on the morning of the delivery, I received a notification that the item had been delivered to the wrong depot and I would not be receiving the item. It is the end of the day and I still have no idea where the item is or when it will be delivered. I would give a score of zero if it was possible.”
