“Love my Easter deecorations! I got the Wooden hanging bunny's, 3 ceramic bunny's and Ceramic eggs. I received the wooden hanging eggs instead of the bunny's (which were sold out and took a lot of checking and rechecking stock for when they were back and I ordered the last set)! I telephoned customer services who were so very helpful and they sent the hanging bunny's out to be the next day! I can't wait for their Christmas decorations stock to arrive! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ products and service, thank you ❤️”

“I purchased some items which included short candle holders, small vases and 3 flower stems, unfortunately there were some marks on the vases and also the candle holders too, one of the flower stems had also broken 😞 I spoke to one of your advisers that did make this right for me in the end.”

“Ordered the 3 tealight holders for my mother-in-laws birthday. She was over the moon with them and has them proudly displayed in her bedroom. Excellent communication from Layered Lounge (as I had them gift wrapped & sent direct), so I knew exactly when they arrived. “Received a damaged bowl (courier’s fault I think) but they have been amazing got another sent out straight away no questions and I didn't even have to send the damaged one back so the birds are making good use out of it for a bird bath. Excellent company to deal with and the second bowl arrived the next day.”
