“Beautiful products (I ordered the set of ceramic houses and tree and bells). Perfectly packaged. I loved the live video in which you showed products on the shelves - such a difference being able to see them and makes the business more personal seeing how invested you are in the lovely products. My only reservation is that postage to Northern Ireland was £20. This is more than other companies (I normally pay £11.50 for a large box). I’d love to order again but the postage means I can’t justify it.”

“I have bought from Layered lounge previously and have been pleased with the productS but this order has been an expensive mistake - paper decorations poorly made which simply don't do what they should. Although replacements were quickly sent, they had the same issues. Wish I had returned. Am returning other parts of the order.”
