If possible, I would be very grateful if you could provide an image of the issue so we can investigate further. All of our cookies for the Afternoon Tea Hamper have been dated March 2025 since last October, so this is unexpected and something we’d like to resolve promptly. “Would not buy from this company or recommend. We own several businesses and customer care is at the top of our priority list. My item, a birthday gift for a friend, turned up four days late even though I paid extra for delivery. The company’s response (after three days of trying to get a response)was that four attempts had been made to deliver it, thanks very much , end of story. I received no delivery notifications and the recipient received no calling cards to say any attempts had been made. She was at home every day over the alleged delivery period. Awful customer service and would not buy again or recommend.”
