“I purchased the black fur hat, ready for the winter. Julia was kind enough to contact me to confirm the size and the hat arrived soon afterwards. It is absolutely beautiful and sits on my head exactly as in the picture. I won't apologise for hoping we have a nippy winter. Thank you Julia 😊”
