“When I needed to get a scarf delivered quickly for a friend's birthday, Julia was so helpful and accommodating. It was a joy to be able to speak with her on the phone and get the reassurance that my gift would arrive in time. When it arrived, the scarf was beautifully boxed and the presentation was very professional and neat. I'm already looking at the website for Christmas presents ideas... Thank you again Julia!”

“I ordered the bracelet as a present. It arrived promptly, well packaged and simple gift wrapping. No problems. I had an issue with the web site when trying to pay by card. Using the PayPal button instead worked fine, so use that if the card payment problem still persists.”
