Alex worked with us to put a clear plan in place, helping us sell our home efficiently and within a short time frame. He was professional, approachable, and always available to answer our questions, which made the process much easier for us. “Connie (Sales Progressor) is absolutey incredible at her job and deserves a raise! She doesn't stop, until she gets results and even supported me to progress the severely slacking Solicitors and Agents, whose wages I am paying! Connie is actually my vendors agent, but has been more helpful and proactive than anyone apparently working for me! She's also extremely professional, super friendly and is a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much for all your assistance. I will genuinely miss our interaction, when the house completes. All the best. Micha 😊”

“Connie Ramplin was the lady in charge of the sales of my property. Connie is a very professional, determined young lady. She takes on board what she has to do and she get them done. My house sales has been a very challenging one. But if its not for Connie I think I would have consider changing estate agents. I wouldn't say it has been a happy experience. It was very stressful. But Connie help me through it and supported me. She is very good at her job. Sales Direct should feel privileged to have a dedicated employee like her”

“Currently in the process of making a quick sale of my property. I’m currently dealing with Connie who has been keeping me up to date with the conveyancing process. She has worked hard to get all the appointments as soon as possible so that the process can be completed soon. So far I’m happy, but will come back to review if the contracts are exchanged in time!”

“Simon has been working very hard to get my property sold which has taken ages due to the buyers solicitor's being so slow. He's kept me informed all along every step in what's happening and trying to get this completed. Hopefully we can can finally see some light at the of the tunnel but Simon has been wonderful and is a true gentleman 👏”

“Throughout the process of selling my house Simon and Jane ensured I was happy with their step by step negotiations. And would add their team also were extremely polite and welcoming. As a customer I was impressed with Simon and Jane’s skilful and professional approach when resolving difficulties with ease. It was so reassuring they took the time to explain thoroughly when answering my questions I wasn’t quite sure of. Amazing patience on their part. “House sales direct helped me in detail in every step of my first house purchase and Connie one of the agents is amazing from answering the phone right away to chasing up solicitors to resolving issues to giving good advice and i must say she is a good soul . Her customer service was 5* without a doubt so anyone who wants to buy property this company make sure you ask for her and you will understand what i mean . I wish her all the best and will never forget how helpful shes been and customer service has been outstanding. She honestly deserves a promotion :)”
