“From a buyers point of view - Deborah was so useful through the whole process, especially helping to push things through on my end which was painfully slow. When I decide to sell in the future I will definitely consider going through House Sales Direct”

“Everyone was responsive, addressed all my questions and kept me informed throughout the entire process. There were a few hiccups along the way but the team always came ready with solutions and helped push the sale over the line. My property that was being sold was 250 miles away from my home so they took away the hassle of arranging the viewings and valuations, plus addressing some outstanding queries with the local council and I never once had to step foot in the property and travel 500 miles for a return trip. The first buyer withdrew from the sale, but the team was able to source another buyer just a few weeks later. Special shout out to Diamonique Lee and her warm and kind demeanour for helping with the completion and providing a lot of assurance along the way. She also congratulated me personally on the phone once the sale was completed which was very thoughtful as she knew how eager I was to sell the property. She definitely made what would typically be a stressful experience an entirely pleasant one. Everyone was very helpful, patient, and tenacious in making sure we got the house sold. All I had to do was complete the paperwork and the rest was pretty hands off for me and the team made sure I was updated all the time. The whole transaction took about 4 months to complete. My suggestion for anyone considering their service is to be prepared to sell below your asking price in exchange for a prompt and hassle-free transaction. Here is the rough timeline of our engagement: 22/07: Property consultation 29/07: Viewing of the property and evaluation + option agreement 03/08: 1st contact from property seller 13/08: buyer confirmed 15/08: Solicitors instructed 17/08: Paperwork received from solicitors 19/08: Confirmed paperwork and contracts issued to the buyer's solicitors 13/09: Sale fell through (buyer withdrew) 04/10: New buyer sourced 23/10: Draft of contracts received by the buyer's solicitors. Addressed enquiries 25/11: Sale completed”
