“OMG! What can I say about Connie Ramplin at House Sales Direct - A-MAZ-ING just isn't enough. From the beginning she has been incredibly competent, professional, attentive, capable and friendly throughout. She has by far gone over and beyond anything I would have expected. She stuck to every single promise of replies to emails, call backs and chasing anyone that needed it, whether it was her responsibility or not. I will forever be grateful to her for making my move happen as it certainly would not have gone through in the required timescales without her. Thank you Connie. HSD are extremely lucky to have you and you are a real asset to them. Would highly recommend you for any house move.”

“I have been liaising with Connie Ramplin in order to sell a flat. It has been an absolute joy to work with her through the process. She has kept me extremely well informed as the interface between the solicitor and myself. At all times she has explained to me in simple language what was happening and I feel that she enabled me to be fully involved with a legal process which was completely alien. Her wisdom and expertise came across as being second to none. Thank you, Connie, for what you did to get me through this absolutely traumatic process.”

“We are buying a house through house sales direct Connie as been so helpful without her we would not have gotten this far our own estate agent has been absolutely useless same with my serliciters we were hoping to be in by Christmas but unfortunately won’t be now but not through Connie trying I feel like I should pay Connie instead of my estate agents and serliciters for the hard work she has put in hopefully won’t be to long now before we sign contracts thank you so much Connie for your hard work you have put in you are a credit to house sales direct I hope they appreciate you”

“I am purchasing via House Sales Direct and it has been a good experience so far. The transaction has been ongoing for 6 months now (it's complicated), and was slow to begin with, but things have really progressed since Connie took over. She has been very proactive, with a genuine desire to remove barriers between buyer and seller and find a way forward. I have been involved with many transactions, and have never experienced an agent so willing to get involved. I did use their recommended solicitor, who isn't great and is part of the problem. However, Connie has made up for it by going above and beyond to help me, at times doing work that I feel should fall within the solicitors' remit. I wouldn't hesitate to buy or sell with them again, albeit using my own solicitor in the future.”
