“I had an issue because the chambray I ordered had a 9mm stripe and not the 2mm which I had ordered to make a dress. However, this was sorted out so quickly and efficiently that I received the replacement fabric within a couple of days, in fact I had only that day returned the unwanted fabric which was very trusting of your company as I had fully expected to have to wait until you had received my returned package. I will still have time to make the dress which I have planned to wear to an event next weekend”
“Delivery was very quick. I had ordered 100% cotton navy denim but, following a pre wash, it was obvious from the crinkled threads at the cut ends, that this was a stretch denim. It was still suitable for what I wanted to make. Soft and easy to handle. The requested thread was well colour-matched.
I was pleased with the red jersey fabric as it had been accurately represented on screen as not at all orangey - exactly what I wanted.”
