“I was very excited about this having seen the gorgeous adverts and read their website reviews but reality didn't match for me. The scent was pleasing enough but didn't last much longer than an hour. I considered it a very poor cleaner other than on worktops which I had to damp wipe first anyway. Glass and hi gloss is streaky and sticky with the oil. I cancelled any further deliveries.”
“Customer service fantastic as are all of the fabrics I have ordered. However the exception is the heavy weight knit fabric which I found impossible to sew and could not continue without breaking my overlocker, despite dropping feed and adjusting stitch length. It’s not like me but I have given up on this project which is such a waste at £18 a metre”

“Very disappointed as I did not consider you would be using Royal Mail as your courier and that information was only made known to me once I had completed my purchase. There is no sign of my fabric and I don’t think it will be arriving in time for me to finish garments in time for Christmas. Most on line stores have moved away from Royal Mail and I wish I had spent my £90+ with one of those on line stores !
