“Very annoyed by the number of emails you send for 1 simple order; they all have to be looked at, not ignored, so you are wasting our time. We really don't want the sort of American drivel telling us "your order has now gone to packing" etc etc. Any more and we would regard them as an intrusion.”

“I was very last minute looking for a sewing pattern that was nice but simple, as I was doing a beginners evening course . I found one but no one in the north east stocked the range of patterns. I rang Higgs and Higgs , and even though it was mid afternoon the gentleman I spoke to somehow managed to get that pattern sent to me , it arrived at my home in around 18 hours!!
