“Prompt delivery of what we ordered and expected. Having the XL ones means that we can get out of them quite easily - we're at that age where getting up off the floor after playing with the grandchildren or from low level seating is a bit tricky now.”

“Good quick service following ordering. You have to assemble the sofa and chair yourself which is a lot easier if there are 2 people to do this, so don't be surprised when loads of large boxes arrive containing all your bean bags which then have to be put into the sofa/chair covers. Follow the instructions and you should be ok. Within half an hour of getting everything sorted, my cat was asleep in 'her' new chair!!!! Must meet her approval for comfort-so must be ok!”

“Would order again. Bag was so big it was supplied as the filling and case separately for minor assembly (putting bags of beans in a bigger bag). Filled it the perfect amount to sink into. Ordered XL bag and is perfect for an adult.”

“I ordered the blue beanbag but when it came it was a brighter blue than I expected. I phoned straight away and reassuringly the customer service was excellent. I was sent a sample of 2 other colours and I chose the mustard retro velvet medium beanbag. The beanbags were exchanged quickly and at no cost. My 10 year old daughter uses it constantly and it looks very stylish. You can take beans out if you like it less full (as I do). I would highly recommend this beanbag for kids or adults.”
