Hey Sarah! I'm sorry you were unhappy with the level of filling inside your bean bag. The beans are pumped full of air, and over time the air can pushed out which means that the bean bag can appear less full. We try to include enough filling to account for this, and to prolong the life of the bean bag. It's worth hanging onto the beans you took out as you may find that you need them later down the line.
