“After a misunderstanding about postage I contacted via email and had a swift reply. The lovely Jade I spoke with not only apologised for the misunderstanding, she also more than made up for it by locating an in stock item to send out to us which arrived the next day. The quality of the beanbag is beautiful, we are over the moon- well worth the money and I’m glad I didn’t get a slightly cheaper option from elsewhere as the quality really is excellent. We chose a dusky pink velvet style one in L which is very generous in size and full with filling. We will order another for my son at some point. I highly recommend this company for their quality, value and excellent customer service.”

“I am disabled and have chronic pain. I was desperate for something to make sitting in my garden possible without ending up in total agony. I ordered this, hoping against hope that it would work, and oh my goodness, it's perfect! I could have easily fallen asleep on it in minutes, it's like lying on a supportive cloud. I adore it. “Brilliant customer service. However, I bought the large 3 seat sofa. It was incredibly difficult to put together. The Bean bags split so easily so you not able to put any pressure on them to fill the cover to an acceptable firmness. The cover zips are not fit for purpose and Break far too easily. I ended up with a floor full of polystyrene balls. Returns are simple though”
