“My order was delivered promptly. The bean bag is great quality.The only criticism was that I had an extra charge of 35euro for customs charges.In fairness I should have realised that this was possible located in Ireland and purchasing from the UK.It would be no harm to mention on your website the possibility of custom charges not sure if it's possible but even include it in your prices.But very happy with my purchase and the service provided”

“I’m delighted with the beanbag , although the colour was slightly disappointing, I ordered dark brown and it is nowhere near as dark as I expected . Very quick delivery , would recommend .”

“We ordered the XXL sofa bed in grey corduroy. Arrived before expected delivery date, easy to assemble, quality of fabric & stitching is excellent. Amazingly comfy, can add as many beans as you want to get the desired firmness. Really impressed & consider it great value for money compared to other sites”

“Great product! Sturdy construction with a strong double zip. Beans came in 4 or 5 bags which made it easy to fill. Hard wearing fabric which is easy to clean. Speedy free delivery.”

“I judge a good business by the quality of their products and their customer service. The bean bag was not right for me, I thought it would be good for my fused spine but it didn't help me, however the quality was excellent and after contacting great bean bags my bean bag was collected the next day and I received a full refund in a matter of days. This company really does care about its customers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who values a well made product and great customer service.”

“Good quality product, not cheap but this is reflected in the quality. Fairly quick delivery, but poor packaging, box just held together by normal sellotape, had been repackaged by couriers”
