“I now have 5 memory foam dog beds and I can't praise this company highly enough. The beds are extremely good quality. The material is tough canvas and stitched really strongly. The filling is good quality memory foam fibre beans which are much more substantial than other fillings and there's plenty of it so it keeps it's shape unlike others which flatten quickly under the weight of the dog. I have two black Labs and they love them. They like to dig themselves a "well" to sleep in, and the beds stand up to all their digging and scraping. Also due to the waterproof material they are very easy to keep clean by simply wiping down with a wet cloth, haven't tried the hose pipe yet but I can see how the beds would easily take that. I'm sure I'm not the only dog owner who's spent a small fortune on beds over the years because they simply don't last, they may look good but are not really practical and end up being a total waste of money. In summary I will never buy a dog bed from anywhere else. Strong & practical but also extremely comfortable for your dogs. The service from the company is first class too, they were extremely helpful recently when I ordered the wrong size and had to send one back. Made in Britain too..not often you see that!”

“The beanbag arrived by courier on the day it was supposed to. It is HUGE, but I guess that is what I wanted. We have yet to use it outdoors as its rained ever since, but we can fit the whole family of 5 on it in the living room.”

“Beanbag seems tone hard wearing.... Our dogs are not quite sure about it. Might take one bag if beans out to make it less hard and the dogs have more the fielding of being in a basket...”

“I have a 3 seater white cotton bean bag and we all love it, especially the kids. It arrived quickly and there are plenty enough bags of beans to fill it. Customer service is excellent. The first cover I ordered was faulty but it was changed immediately with no fuss. My advice is to get a swatch of the fabric you are thinking of choosing as the colours look very different on the website. Swatches are free and worth waiting for before you make the final deal.”

“Ordered product online, very straight forward, a lot cheaper than any where else I had seen on line. I reserved a delivery day and was contacted on the day with an hour slot (which as a working mom I was very impressed with). When product arrived took out of box and noticed the polystyrene balls coming out and there was unfortunately a large ish tear on the seem of the bean bag but I sewed it up and all ok now. Would really recommend as trendy, comfy, extra light and large. Was not disappointed”

“The service I received from the company was first class ,also the bean bag was great ,I only have one comment to make that I wish the web site had shown the alternative covers that are available as my dog would not get on the original cover and I had to buy another cover which cost almost as much as the original product, so please give some thought to the alternatives.”

“I was a little bit worried when the box arrived and the stuffing was separate from the cover but then I remembered that it also has a lining and to my relief the foam was in said lining. With a little bit of elbow grease it didn't take long to shove the foam into the cover. The dog wasn't sure at first, I don't think he liked the sound it made or it being higher than his last one but now we struggle to get him off it.”

“Arrived as planned and customer services very helpful when experienced a very slight hitch during delivery. Bought an X Large corduroy classic beanbag and have to say it is HUGE (not that that's a bad thing as I can curl up and fall asleep in it!). Removed one of the bean sacks so it was softer (but may make my own pouffe with that) Would highly recommend using the free swatch service (which was also very prompt), and the finish product is extremely well made and as expected. Now just fighting my cats for the pleasure of sitting in it lol. Very very happy with my purchase :-)”

“As we were moving house, my teenage son loved the slate coloured two-seater beanbag sofa. I placed an order, and within 24 hours I received a phone call to say that the colour specified would not be available for a few more days. This was not a problem at all. Three days later I received another call to say that the sofa was in and ready for delivery. Great customer sevice so far. The beanbag sofa arrived a day earlier than anticipated, which was great. However, I didn't realise that the sofa was not already filled (this proved a little difficult for me as I have a problems with my arms at the moment!) One of the bags had a small tear and some of the beans fell out. Also, I did not receive enough of the beans - one bag less. I emailed the company and told them of the issue. I received a shipping notification to say that a delivery would be made the following day. I did receive a box with more beans and a spare sack, which is great. I think it would have been nice to have received an email or phone call from the company, particularly as customer care was 100% when ordering. Having said this, the beanbag sofa is amazing and I will probably order another one as well. The material is fabulous. My son said it is so comfortable he may sleep on it rather than”

“I was looking for a sofa for my conservatory, my Son wanted a Beanbag. After a quick search on 't'internet' I came across GreatBeanBags.com - What a surprise, managed to find a beanbag sofa! Clearly this suited my 9 year old Son and my inner 9 year old! Went for the three seater option and we are chuffed! It's great! So comfortable and am recommend to all that will listen. “Very impressed with the service. Although the bag was received a day after the anticipated delivery date I had received a phone call on the day that I placed the order to let me know and I was given the choice of what day to then have it delivered. The delivery service was excellent - contact the day before to say it was on its way; a text to give me an hour delivery slot and then the ability to track the delivery on the internet. The driver arrived exactly at the beginning of the delivery slot. Brilliant! If only all delivery companies were as efficient. The quality of the bean bag is excellent and my daughter is really pleased with it. The beans were delivered in smaller bags and I didn't need to put all of them in so there is a spare to top the bag up at a later date. Would definitely recommend the company to anyone on the basis of quality and service. Just what you want from an internet shopping experience and a benchmark for other businesses.”
