“I purchased the Luxury Chenille Tri-Gamer Bean Bag and also the stool to match. The total cost was £179.98. This cost was advised to be a reduction with the beanbag on the site saying it’s original cost was £239.99 and the stool £92.99.... after receiving the items I can’t see how they were ever that original price and I’m genuinely shocked at the price of them now. As another review has since pointed out the bean bag is a lot smaller than the picture implies. I am a 9 stone female at around 5ft2 and it is small for me. They are both super light in weight and really uncomfortable. The cost of making these things must be incredibly low. Within 5 minutes of unpacking the items I emailed to ask for the free collection that is offered for a refund - I am yet to hear back but I am currently putting this down to them being understaffed or busy during this time and I will wait it out a little longer. But from a product perspective, terrible. The other positive reviews made me excited to be buying the items and I had recently sat in a really comfortable beanbag which made me want to purchase one myself. I have since asked my aunt where she purchased hers from and will be buying from them instead (and it’s even less money)”

“Not entirely sure how we got the bean bangs in but with scratches and blisters we managed. Not comfortable and not sure if filled properly. I wouldn’t not recommend it as quality and delivery was well done. But just not for us.”

“Bought 2 classic bean bags. Large one for my husband and medium for myself. Arrived promptly. Very good quality and comfortable to sit on. We are using them outdoors and very light to move all round the garden. I find them particularly good for sitting on the sloping part of the garden. Very satisfied customer.”

“The colour was not as described. The placement of the zips made it very difficult to get the bean bags where they were meant to go, the light mesh of the bean bags themselves was so delacate that the slightest wrong move made it ladder. There was polestirine beads everywhere. The only positive I can really say is the fabric of the sofa itself (and it's build) was very strong and didn't seem enclinded to rip or break.”
