“The bean bags are really good - I now have 6 ! The ordering was easy , www great but The delivery people delayed twice, email Tuesday saying I had changed the delivery date, a blatant lie. Said they would deliver Wednesday, again they didn’t and no communication this time and then delivered on the Thursday so I didn’t get the product till today. I changed my travel arrangements three times , drove instead of cycled to no avail and then finally drove when I would have cycled! You have a brilliant much admired product and a rubbish delivery company!”

“We ordered new beans to add to the ones that had settled. They arrived promptly and being packed in netting makes life a lot easier and less messy. The only slight issue was the lack of information on the website (if it's there I couldn't see it) indicating precisely how much bean filling we'd need for the size bag we bought.”
