“The service I received was excellent from start to finish. I ordered the wrong shape been bag and telephoned the next morning to rectify it. I got through to Kathleen who efficiently changed the order over the phone. My been bag arrived in a box within minutes of the allocated 1 hour delivery slot. And the bean itself is perfect. Thank you Great Bean Bags, I will be buying from you again!”

“Swatch service brilliant - allowed us to select a colour which we thought was our third choice and discovered it was a perfect match for furnishings already in room. Ordering - website descriptions and details of sizing - accurate. Excellent. Delivery - very quick, well packed. Product large retro cotton beanbag - superb - so comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

“Fabulous! Bought for a Christmas present so everything's still in its packaging, but my pre-delivery questions were answered promptly and clearly and then the delivery to France was absolutely "impeccable". The quality of the material is truly scrumptious. We'll miss British companies like this post Brexit when the tarifs are too high for us to be able to afford to buy their products. I wish the company and their staff the very best.”
