“Great product. Delivery was delayed until a day I knew I wouldn't be home so I had to rearrange for the following week. DPD Delivery driver leaves the product outside the property (so could be on the pavement) and takes a photo, so if you are not at home, then it is easy for the item to 'disappear'. I don't find this an acceptable method of delivery.”

Hi June, you were home and accepted the delivery which is why the driver took a picture of it on the pavement before you took it in to your home. The drivers take pictures as proof of delivery and had you not been home to accept the delivery it would have been returned to the depot and not just left on the pavement. I hope this clears this up. - Megan

“I was extremely pleased with my recent order of two giant leather floor cushions. The leather is very soft yet sufficiently thick as to be robust enough for hard use. The double zip to ensure the strength of the fastening is a great idea and the extra touch of the zipper pull concealers is first rate. And they were made by hand in Nottingham! How great to be able to buy quality British products at a very competitive price. I will definitely be back!”

“Beanbag delivered on time in good condition and is comfortable. Came ready stuffed. Has zip so can refill when necessary, although beads not in separate bead bag so couldn't easily separate cover to wash separately, which seems a shame. Would have to spot clean. Double zip function to keep beads in. Sample fabrics sent to me promptly. Prices appear very competitive.”

“Ordering the sofa was quite easy. What I did not like was that I didnt know when my parcel was going to arrive. Hence, after I sent an e-mail I got half an answer from you. And after two weeks I got an answer from the courier. The second thing is the VAT. I had to pay €57 for the VAT including handling services (I still have the invoice). During the ordering process, the VAT, 40 Pound was deducted from the purchase price of the sofa. That is another 9 Pound extra. Last but not least, it would really help if you have a video where customers can see how to put the sofa together. It was hell putting the beans in the sofa. And it is still not correctly done...”

Hi Christel, unfortunately for international orders we can only give the date of dispatch and an approximate delivery date as delivery depends on duty payment and customs clearance. In regards to the duty, each country sets their own VAT rate so this is something we can not control.
