“I called Great Bean Bags after receiving my bean bag sofa to say one of the smaller inserts were missing. They didn’t return my call. I also commented on how I was very put off by having to stuff the bean bag sofa myself which took my husband and I an hour. They are so difficult to get inside. The bags snagging on the zips and splitting making a huge mess, the zips bursts open which shows turn aren’t strong. For the price they should come assembled. If you were disabled or not mobile filling would be very challenging. The composing should explain how hard it is to put together. And they should return calls. Won’t be buying from them again.”

“My purchasing experience with GreatBeanBags was fantastic from start to finish. I had been looking for a bean bag chair for my reading nook and found the GreatBeanBags website while I was browsing the internet. The company has a brilliant catalogue of competitively priced bean bags in pretty much any shape or size you can think of. These bean bags also come in various different colours and fabrics, which is great if you're looking for something specific. I chose the "Designer Velvet Chair Bean Bag" in blush pink and can honestly say I'm in love with it! I can't believe how comfy it is and the upholstery grade material is extremely soft yet durable and holds it shape very well. The colour is gorgeous too. What I particularly like about this bean bag chair is that it has a teardrop scoop, so it provides a fair amount of back support, which is great if, like me, you are prone to a sore back! The bean bag chair is also the ideal size for a large – bean bags I have bought in the past have always been small despite being advertised as "large". I was worried this would be the case with my purchase from GreatBeanBags but I was pleasantly surprised. An adult can certainly slouch quite comfortably in a large bean bag chair, which makes me wonder just how big the XL and XXL options are! Although delivery took longer than I had anticipated, it was well worth the wait. Moreover, the customer service I received was excellent – I had given GreatBeanBags the wrong delivery address when I had ordered, but the team kindly amended the details without any hassle. They also provided my with delivery updates when I asked. As such, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend GreatBeanBags – the bean bag chair I purchased from the team really is fantastic value for money. The only problem I have with it is it's too comfy to get out of!”

“Lovely bean bag, lovely bright red colour. Comfortable and good size for adults - I got the L size, I am 5ft2 though - so perhaps for tall adults XL would be better. Delivery was in 7 working day but I needed it urgently for a family reunion. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and managed to have it done and delivered to me in just 2 days instead. Great quality and great service!”
