“Excellent service, from sending for fabric samples to arrival of the bean bag itself. Much appreciated that postage and packing was included in the original price, avoiding that horrible shock when you get to the last stage of ordering! Bean bag is super and already in regular use. Many thanks.”

“Great customer service, ordered wrong colour and this was sorted immediately. Excellent communication re. delivery. Fantastic bean bag, very comfortable and well made with good materials. Have made decision to buy UK made goods wherever possible rather than (often cheaper but not as good quality) Chinese products. Very pleased and would recommend. Kids very happy although lots of arguments over who sits in it!”

“Lovely, high quality and comfy leather beanbag. There was a slight hitch with the delivery (due to the courier) and my email was dealt with very swiftly. Getting the beans into the bag, on a hot summers day was a good workout :)”
