Hello Deborah We are sorry you are finding your beanbag stiff and uncomfortable, the polystyrene bead filling is pumped full of air which with use will start to feel less full. Please contact us if you are still unhappy.

“Fantastic, best buy ever. Great size, excellent quality on the material and the colour is good. Bought for my husband to relax on but my grandchildren had other ideas, for sleeping on, for sitting on while on the playstation and for practicing jumps, maybe one day my husband will get to use it.”

“The ordering and delivery process was prompt. We ordered a faux fur bean bag, unfortunately it is shedding a huge amount of fur. But my son loves it, so we are keeping it. Hoover out.”

“All went very well, except final delivery. I had specified to leave the item next to my house under a lean-to. The driver ignored this and took it to a delivery point some distance away, for collection on the next day. S/he did not even leave a note; I found out from an email! This is not good. I still gave a rating of good, as everything else was excellent; otherwise I would rate it as excellent.”

“I bought this bean bag after a holiday to Crete where they had a lounger beanbag and it was very comfortable, so when I returned, I searched and found your company to have the nearest match to what I wanted. The bonus was I could support a local company. The only thing I could suggest would be if it could be a little wider. I am not a big person so just right for me, but for anyone larger, it would probably feel more secure and more able to nestle in if it were 15-20cm wider.”

“We've had a cabin in the garden for a while now and been looking for the right option for seating. The beanbag arrived within a couple of days and has already been put to use as a sofa and day bed by our 2 teenagers. Great product and very quick delivery.”
