“I found it very difficult to assemble to beanbag as there were no instructions and 3 boxes to just work out how to assemble. I would have preferred a heads up that it would be delivered that Way and some instruction of how to.”

Hi Amber, the beanbags are supposed to come with instructions on how to assemble so I'm sorry this wasn't included in your order. I will check with our dispatch team that they are including these with all orders. On our website it does state self assembly is required for some of our larger beanbags as they would just be too big to ship prefilled - Megan

“The delivery was a bit longer than I expected (although exactly what they said it would be, so that was my fault for not reading properly) The beanbag itself is brilliant, very robust. Also really liked the fact that the filling came in separate bags so you can choose your level of squishyness. Extremely well made, I expect it to last a very long time. I would definitely recommend them.”
