“It arrived as a kit — you need to assemble it yourself — but without instructions. Once I got advice from the company it was easy enough though. But my miniature dachshund chewed through it in minutes, making a dreadful mess. It’s sold especially as a dog bean bag but it’s not chew resistance, neither are the netting bags of polystyrene beads, and the beads themselves are not suitable for ingestion by the dog. A complete waste of money. I only gave two stars instead of one because customer service was okay.”
